Loading the XREF400 database
Reloading of XREF400 database is made with program XREFLOAD. Submit the program to XREF400 job queue.
CALL PGM(XREFLOAD)PARM(“Xref-system library”)

The first part of the loading is an emptying of XREF400 database.
Each libraries selected for the loading becomes a job in the queue you choose to use.
Last on the job queue is a job called XRX. The job builds up data for generic search of Object descriptions.
How often you must reload XREF400 is optional. It depends onhow current data you want and how long loading will take.

Tips
Attention button. Add XREF/XREFCL on Attension button. Then you can start XREF400 where ever you are, for example when troubleshooting.
Query Use the database in XREF400 to find more information, such as items that have never been backed up.
